Raise funds for your organization - or - a charity of your choice!

The Carolina Renaissance Festival is offering organizations the opportunity to raise funds by coordinating volunteers to perform a variety of volunteer tasks. Example volunteer service tasks may include assisting with serving food, directing cars, litter control, and stage hands.

It takes a village to throw the region's largest costume party!
Join the revelry! Become a part of the team!

The Festival will:

  • Donate the equivalent of $15 - $20 per volunteer service hour, per each volunteer, in a total lump sum to your organization or charity of your choice.

  • Provide support and supervision.

  • Provide equipment and costuming, as applicable to the task being performed.

  • Provide complimentary admission tickets to volunteers to share with friends and family.

Volunteers will:

  • Verify that they are representatives of a bona fide organization.

  • Have reliable transportation.

  • Be punctual.

  • Have a positive attitude.

  • Be at least 16 years of age.
